Job summary

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support residents at Crozier House in Worcester, MA. The role includes guiding daily activities, ensuring policy conformance, and promoting a culture of recovery within a trauma- and gender-informed framework.

Qualifications

• CPR-First Aid Certification and Narcan training completed.
• Experience in human services and a solid understanding of substance abuse.
• Familiar with residential community model and recovery-oriented approaches.
• Active involvement in a Recovery program outside work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Crozier House residents to ensure safety and program fidelity.
• Oversee daily activities and maintain a supportive milieu aligned with policies.
• Contribute to sustaining the day-to-day operations and recovery culture.
• Support trauma- and gender-informed care for a diverse community.
