Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a full-time Recovery Specialist to support Crozier House residents in the residential recovery program, with evening shifts Tuesday–Saturday 3 pm–11 pm. You will oversee daily activities, ensure policy conformance, and foster a recovery-focused environment.

Required CPR/First Aid, Narcan training, and a background in human services; active recovery involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• CPR-First Aid Certification required.
• Overdose prevention/Narcan training required.
• Experience in human services and knowledge of substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and ensure program conformance.
• Support residents and uphold policies; promote recovery culture.
