Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to support patients in treatment for substance use disorders. You will monitor safety, assist with daily activities, and work with clinical staff on orientation and documentation. A strong commitment to confidentiality and patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Experience or interest in addiction services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient activities, perform safety checks, and complete shift documentation.
• Participate in direct patient care and assist with daily schedules.
• Collaborate with Clinical staff on New Patient Orientation.
• Aid in facilitating and recording notes in the medical records system.
• Apply 12-Step recovery principles to support the treatment process.
