You will monitor and support patient activities, engage in therapeutic interactions, assist with admissions and discharges, and help coordinate clinical appointments to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in addiction services or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support patient activities, ensuring safety through regular checks and observations.
• Engage directly with patients, facilitating therapeutic interactions, group sessions, and scheduled activities.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, including processing belongings, documentation, and patient orientation.
• Support crisis intervention through verbal de-escalation and against-advice interventions.
• Facilitate patient movement within the facility and coordinate attendance for clinical and medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, safety checks, and incidents.

Education
