Brookside Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist to be the face of our facility. You will greet guests, direct calls, take messages, escort visitors when needed, and provide general information about our services.

The ideal candidate has proven customer service experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public in an inviting and friendly manner.
• Offer refreshments and engage in light conversation.
• Direct callers to the appropriate person or department.
• Take accurate messages and route them accordingly.
• Escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas.
• Provide general information and directions about the facility.
• Ensure compliance with rules and report suspicious activities.
• Assist in orienting new associates.
• Perform various administrative support tasks.
