Job summary

AdviniaCare Summit Commons in Rhode Island is looking for a Weekend Receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, and direct guests to the correct units. You will be the first point of contact, providing courteous, professional service throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes reliable communication and teamwork, with weekend hours from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, plus alternating holidays. A friendly, clear English speaker is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Direct family members and visitors to the units and around the facility.
• Communicate housekeeping needs to the housekeeping department.
• Work effectively with the facility team as a whole.

AdviniaCare Summit Commons is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a key member of our facility team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors while answering and transferring phone calls, directing family members and visitors to the units, and communicating with the housekeeping department.
