You will greet visitors, direct calls, manage the switchboard, handle mail, and assist with clerical tasks as needed. Weekend availability is required, with Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• 1. Must be a team member.
• 2. Courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately.
• 3. Operate switchboard and training others for relief purposes.
• 4. Answer telephones and determine the nature of the call and direct the calls to the appropriate individual or department.
• 5. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls.
• 6. Filing and copying documents as needed.
• 7. Typing correspondence, written communication and reports as needed.
• 8. Distribute mail as directed.
