You will support the Store Manager, supervise a team, and ensure smooth daily store activities. Responsibilities include cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and coaching staff to upsell promotions.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off duty.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
