• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Must complete annual medication evaluation with Registered Pharmacy Consultant or designee.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current active QMA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration with timeliness and professionalism.
• Assist onboarding of new teammates as a positive team member.
• Respond promptly to call lights, bed/chair sensors, pull-pin alarms and security care bracelets.
