Job summary

The Commons at Honey Creek Assisted Living is seeking a full-time Weekend Option QMA for night shift to support resident care and medication administration. You will promote resident health and well-being, work as part of a collaborative team, and respond promptly to alarms and calls to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family, customers and staff.
• Requires successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Must complete annual medication evaluation with Registered Pharmacy Consultant or designee, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and compassion to residents.
• Act as a positive teammate and assist onboarding of new teammates.
• Prepare and administer medication in a timely and professional manner to promote residents' health and well-being.
• Respond to call lights, bed/chair sensors, pull-pin alarms, and security care bracelet alarms promptly and courteously.
