Job summary

Vivvi, Inc. seeks a Program Director for its 24-hour child care center on Toyota's campus in Liberty, NC. You will be the operational and cultural leader, guiding program quality, licensing compliance, enrollment growth, and team performance.

This high-visibility role oversees daily operations, staffing, compliance, and curriculum implementation aligned with NC standards, while building an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in early childhood education or child care administration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required).
• North Carolina Administration Credential (Level III preferred).
• Demonstrated success in center leadership, licensing compliance, and team management.
• Knowledge of NC Star Rated License system and quality standards.
• Experience implementing The Creative Curriculum® or similar curricula.

Responsibilities

• Lead all 24-hour center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and logistics.
• Drive enrollment growth and retention while managing budgets and resources.
• Ensure licensing compliance, health and safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and maintain high classroom quality.
• Hire, onboard, and develop teaching staff; coach and supervise a diverse team.
• Engage families and community partners to deliver a best-in-class experience.
