Job summary

Vivvi, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to lead a 24-hour center in Liberty, NC. You will oversee operations, staffing, compliance, and curriculum, driving quality and enrollment growth while building a high-performing team.

The role requires 2–4 years of leadership in early childhood settings and a Bachelor’s in ECE, with NC Administration Credential preferred. Independent US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, preschool, or child care administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• North Carolina Administration Credential preferred (Level III).
• Experience with licensing compliance and team management is essential.
• Knowledge of NC Star Rated License system and NC Foundations standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations, staffing, scheduling, and overnight logistics.
• Ensure licensing compliance, health and safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Drive enrollment growth and manage budgets and resources.
• Coach and develop teaching staff and foster an inclusive culture.
• Oversee curriculum implementation aligned with NC standards.
