Job summary

Vivvi Early Learning is seeking a Program Director for our 24-hour Liberty, NC campus. You will lead operations, ensure licensing compliance, drive enrollment, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing and scheduling for overnight coverage, align with NC standards, and coach educators to deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based learning while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, preschool, or child care administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required).
• North Carolina Administration Credential (Level III preferred).
• Demonstrated success in center leadership, licensing compliance, and team management.
• Knowledge of NC Star Rated License system and quality standards.
• Experience implementing The Creative Curriculum or similar curricula.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and overnight logistics for a 24-hour campus.
• Develop and implement systems for efficient program management and operations.
• Drive enrollment growth and retention while managing budgets and resources.
• Ensure licensing compliance, health and safety, and NC regulatory standards.
