Job summary

Vivvi seeks a Part-time Head Teacher at our new 24-hour Liberty, NC center on Toyota's campus. You will nurture young learners, design inquiry-based units, lead lesson planning, and maintain strong parent communication to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care center
• Associates Degree in ECE or Child Development
• Ability to create original lesson plans
• Experience leading parent–teacher conferences and liaising with families
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building with families and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Ensure the well-being and development of the children in your classroom
• Dream up rich, thematic units fostering curiosity and milestones
• Lead planning and implementation of inquiry-based activities and curriculum
• Engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive play
• Proactively communicate with parents regarding their children's development
• Closely supervise children and adhere to health and safety protocols
