Job summary

Now Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor I for the weekend day shift at Bloomingdale, IL. You will lead production teams, plan and supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and coordinate with other departments to meet schedules.

This role requires an associate degree or 3+ years GMP manufacturing supervisory experience, plus familiarity with Lean practices and MS Word/Excel. Weekend schedule, on-site environment, and commitment to NOW core values are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years in food manufacturing/GMP.
• Prior lead/supervisory experience in a GMP environment.
• Lean Manufacturing (5S/Lean) knowledge is helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned area(s) ensuring safe, quality production.
• Assist in scheduling and communicate daily production schedules.
• Produce and review daily production reports for KPI adherence.
• Ensure KPIs met; monitor productivity daily.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure supplies and services.
• Lead with NOW core values and safety policies.
