Job summary

VulcanForms in Devens, MA is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift. You will oversee the assigned area’s daily operations, drive productivity, and supervise staff on a 12-hour schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday through Sunday, with alternating Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years managing a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading a team in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated and hands-on with goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EPICOR ERP, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff.
• Lead, coach, and support team growth to reach maximum throughput.
• Conduct daily standup meetings, discuss goals and needs.
• Prepare daily reports against manufacturing targets.
• Ensure materials, tools, and documents are ready for shifts.
• Identify improvements and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Plan for future production needs and implementation.
• Enforce OSHA standards and corrective actions.
• Perform 7S and Lean projects.
