Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is hiring a Supervisor, Final Release – Day Shift in Massachusetts. You will lead the Final Release team, set priorities, and ensure timely, compliant release of manufactured products.

You will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Quality to maintain records and drive continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing QA or a related field, with strong leadership, documentation, and QMS/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, QA, final release, or regulated env.
• Preference for medical devices or aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience leading and directing a manufacturing or QA team.
• Experience reviewing DHRs, batch records, and controlled docs.
• Experience identifying nonconformances, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Working knowledge of QMS and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the Final Release team and priorities.
• Monitor workload, assign tasks, and ensure schedules are met.
• Coach team members on Final Release processes and quality systems.
• Coordinate staffing based on production priorities and release needs.
• Oversee records flow through Final Release, including DHRs and batch records.
• Ensure records meet SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Escalate issues to Quality management as appropriate.
• Represent Quality/Final Release in production planning meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and documentation quality.
