Job summary

VulcanForms, Inc. in Devens, MA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for a weekend day shift (Fri–Sun, plus alternating Thu). You will provide hands-on support for production teams, assist with engineering projects, process development, commissioning, and data collection to drive improvements and safety on the shop floor.

The role requires strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge and a willingness to follow health and safety guidelines to maintain high standards and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Experience supporting new processes and equipment implementations.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support improvement projects for product quality and scrap reduction.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Use data-driven root-cause and corrective-action tools.
• Support product cost reduction initiatives.
• Help ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies.
