Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend production schedules and inventory management.
• Lead front-line staff; hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products and optimize workflow.
• Monitor safety; enforce 5S and safety procedures across shifts.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve quality or delivery concerns.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency and process improvements.
