Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a designated production area under the Product Line Manager. You will plan, organize and optimize operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.

You will motivate team leads, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, and continuous improvement to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/supervisory role.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach safety, quality, productivity to meet the production schedule.
• Facilitate team communication and resolve conflicts.
• Address team member concerns to support a respectful environment.
• Enforce policies and procedures to reach goals.
• Monitor hourly performance and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Maintain 5S and Lean initiatives in the work area.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to prevent bottlenecks.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
