Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a weekend day shift on a 4/3 AWS schedule. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You will coach and evaluate staff, coordinate workflows, manage budgets and training, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining 5S and lean practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge working in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years managing production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily workflow and ensures safety and on-time shipping.
• Manages labor resources per management strategy.
• Completes reports and analyzes production records.
• Provides performance evaluations; manages discipline per policy.
• Supports maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Collaborates with Ops and Process Eng to transfer tools and training.
• Maintains quality standards and investigates root causes.
• Assists budgeting and maintains electronic files.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows regulations.
