Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday - Sunday
• Supervise, coordinate, and support all production employees on the weekend shift.
• Oversee workflow, production output, and equipment performance to meet goals.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies; promote safety culture.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct shift meetings to communicate daily expectations and goals.
• Resolve production challenges; escalate to maintenance/engineering/quality as needed.
• Ensure accurate shift reports, attendance logs, and incident records.
• Promote 5S and quality standards; ensure compliance.
• Communicate with weekday leaders for smooth shift transitions.
