Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot and support production operations.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assign work, monitor production progress, and adjust staffing and resources as needed to meet operational targets.
• Foster a strong team environment through mentoring, communication, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Support production activities and assist with technical or operational challenges on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, ESD, security, quality, and ergonomic standards.
• Communicate production updates, performance metrics, and operational concerns to leadership.
