Bonney Staffing is seeking a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor for an on-site role in Poland, ME. The position runs Friday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a pay rate of $33 per hour.

The role focuses on supervising a production team, upholding safety standards, and driving daily output. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a production team during the third shift.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and inspect work to ensure quality.
• Prioritize workloads and allocate resources to meet daily goals.
• Communicate with team and other departments for alignment and issue resolution.
• Enforce safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards to maintain compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate team members for performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Report issues and safety concerns to management.
