Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler in Ann Arbor, MI to contribute to the assembly of high-quality components. You will follow work instructions, maintain safety and cleanliness, and meet production goals while applying Lean manufacturing practices.

We offer a Friday–Sunday shift (6:00am–6:30pm) with a $17.00 base pay plus $2.25/hour shift differential, plus team-based environment and opportunities to grow with RealTruck.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and read tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Achieve production goals and deadlines for assigned areas.
• Operate equipment per safety guidelines and complete required data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
