Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the assembly of high-quality truck accessories in a clean, safety-conscious environment. The role emphasizes precision, adherence to work instructions, and achievement of production goals, with Lean tools used to improve efficiency.

The position operates on a full-time basis with 10-hour shifts, offering paid orientation and training and weekly pay. Candidates should be reliable with good math and measurement skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
