Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 years of experience or high school diploma with 5 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools such as caliper, micrometer, protractor.
• Experience operating automated heavy equipment in a high-speed factory.
• Strong trouble shooting abilities and data analysis mindset.
• Participate in root cause analysis and use computers/tablets (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Expert in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Adjustments, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, and daily reports.
• Train equipment operators to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain productivity with data analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality targets.
