Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking a Process Technician II for the 4th-shift weekend schedule.

You will be an expert in manufacturing processes, performing adjustments, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training operators to meet the production plan safely and efficiently. You will operate various equipment, lead changeovers, and apply data analysis to sustain high quality in a fast-paced environment, while participating in root cause analyses

Qualifications

Associates degree with 3 years of maintenance experience or HS diploma with 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Proficient in precision measurement equipment (caliper, micrometer, protractor).
Experience operating automated heavy equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to participate in root cause analysis of equipment or parts.
Must be able to operate a computer and a tablet (iOS and Android).

Responsibilities

Adjustments, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to ensure production plan is met safely, efficiently, and with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
Operate various forms of equipment and train new employees proper operation of the equipment.
Responsible for daily productivity on their equipment and data analysis.
