Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician II for the 4th shift on weekends. You will be the expert on manufacturing processes and equipment, handling adjustments, set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training operators to meet production plans safely and efficiently.

You will operate various equipment, lead changeovers, and analyze data to ensure quality and cycle-time targets in a high-speed environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree with 3 years of experience or High School diploma/GED and 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Proficient in precision measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, and protractor.
Experience operating automated heavy equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong trouble shooting skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
Must be able to operate a computer and a tablet (iOS and Android).

Responsibilities

Adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training operators to assure production plan is accomplished safely and efficiently with high quality.
Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.
Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
