Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 years experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 years maintenance experience.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, protractor).
• Experience operating automated heavy equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of equipment or parts.
• Ability to operate a computer and a tablet (iOS and Android).

Responsibilities

• Serve as manufacturing processes and equipment expert.
• Adjustments, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and operator training to meet production plans safely and efficiently.
• Operate equipment and train new operators.
• Manage daily productivity and data analysis for equipment.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments per quality and cycle-time requirements.
