Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 years of manufacturing experience, or HS/GED with 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, protractor).
• Experience operating automated heavy equipment in high-speed environments and strong troubleshoot skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute adjustments, equipment setup, and autonomous maintenance to meet production plans safely.
• Operate equipment and train new operators on proper operation.
• Maintain daily productivity data and generate reports.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments to meet quality and cycle time requirements.
