Job summary

The Process Technician – 4th Shift (weekend shift) at Electrolux Group is responsible for expert manufacturing process operations, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, and training operators to meet safe, efficient production with high quality.

You will lead changeovers, analyze data, and ensure products meet specifications in a fast-paced environment. Strong reading of drawings and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
• Ability to Ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• The Process Technician is expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Adjustments, equipment set‑up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is met safely and efficiently.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for daily productivity and data analysis on their equipment.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
