Job summary

Las Ventanas de Socorro in Socorro, TX is seeking a dedicated PTA for weekend coverage to join our in-house rehab program. You will perform screening, treatment planning, and rehabilitation interventions under supervision to support geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• PTA license required.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders as part of rehab program.
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions and therapeutic exercises per care plan.
• Assist with wound care and ambulation as needed.
• Generate discharge summaries and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling regarding therapy plans.
• Maintain regulatory and clinical documentation.
