Las Ventanas de Socorro in Socorro, TX is seeking PRN Speech-Language Pathologists for our in-house rehab program. You will join a dedicated therapy team providing rehabilitative care to geriatric patients and supporting families and care providers.

Licensed SLPs of any experience level are welcome. The role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and adherence to regulatory standards in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• SLP license must be active and in good standing.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with functional disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary interventions per clinical standards.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring as part of care.
• Provide discharge summaries and consult with patients, families, and care teams.
