Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist/PTA at Las Ventanas de Socorro in Socorro, TX to support a growing in-house rehab program. You will participate in screening, plan development, and delivery of therapeutic interventions for geriatric patients, with emphasis on wound care where applicable.

We value weekend availability and a collaborative team environment. The role involves standing, walking, and occasional patient handling within a supportive, in-house rehab program

Qualifications

• PTA license required for practice.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.
• Weekend availability is required for PRN weekend role.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments per plan and regulations.
• Perform regular standing/walking; assist with repositioning and transfers as needed.
