San Marcos Rehabilitation in San Marcos, TX is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend coverage to join our in-house therapy team. You will conduct screenings, develop plans, and provide rehabilitative treatments to geriatric patients.

• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
