Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Wakefield, MA. This part-time weekend position offers a meaningful role within a collaborative care setting.

Requirements include an active MA license (NP/PA/Physician) and a minimum of 6 months in long-term care. A competitive salary of $60,000–$90,000 per year is offered along with PTO and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• State-specific MA license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
