Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for the East Mesa, AZ site. Training on first shift may be required for 1-2 weeks, with planned overtime to meet production goals. The role focuses on assembling parts for larger equipment units using hand and power tools in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of assembly experience in manufacturing or mechanical setting.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• At least 2 years of construction or hands-on trade experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience with components and systems.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints/technical drawings.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work in a large manufacturing environment (indoor/outdoor).

Responsibilities

• Assemble a wide range of parts for large equipment builds.
• Use hand and air-powered tools safely in daily tasks.
• Read tape measurements for precise cuts and assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints and follow specifications.
• Assist with fitting, fastening, and aligning parts.
• Operate basic metalworking equipment as assigned.
• Support fabrication activities and material preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Work overtime to support deadlines.
