Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an assembler in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on assembling parts that support larger equipment, using hand and power tools, reading measurements and blueprints, and potentially operating basic CNC or metalworking machines.

Overtime may be required in a climate-controlled facility. Candidates should have at least 6 months of assembly experience, tape measure proficiency, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 6 months of assembly experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• At least 2 years of construction or hands-on trade experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints or drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of parts in assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components for larger equipment units.
• Use hand tools and air-powered tools safely during daily tasks.
• Read and interpret tape measurements for precise cuts and fits.
• Review engineering blueprints to follow assembly instructions.
• Assist with mechanical assembly tasks including fitting, fastening, and aligning subassemblies.
