Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior assemblers.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Follow lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
