Job summary

PacAero (Litron, LLC) is seeking an experienced Plating Technician for a weekend shift in Agawam, MA. You’ll work hands-on across blasting, degreasing, chem film and electroplating operations while following established procedures.

The role requires prior electroplating or metal finishing experience, comfort with chemicals, and the ability to document production activities accurately. This full-time onsite position offers a weekend schedule and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electroplating, metal finishing or related manufacturing environment.
• Follow detailed procedures and safety requirements.
• Comfort working around chemicals and in a hands-on plating setting.
• Ability to document production activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support plating operations, including blasting, degreasing, chem film and electroplating processes.
• Prepare, handle, clean and inspect parts throughout the plating process.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs and process requirements.
• Safely handle chemicals, materials and equipment per safety procedures.
• Monitor quality of parts and production activities; document information.
• Assist with equipment setup and routine maintenance as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with Plating, Quality and other teams to support production.
