Job summary

PacAero in Agawam, MA is seeking a Plating Utility Technician to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will support multiple plating operations, learn procedures, quality requirements, and safe chemical handling practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in electroplating, metal finishing, or surface treatment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety rules.
• Willingness to learn multiple plating processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist across plating operations including blasting, degreasing, chem film and electroplating processes.
• Train with Plating team to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
• Document production activities and maintain a clean, organized work area.
