PacAero (Litron, LLC) in Agawam, MA is seeking a Weekend Shift Plating Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support blasting, degreasing, chem film and electroplating processes and help ensure quality across production.

This position requires prior electroplating and metal finishing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict procedures while working weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in electroplating, metal finishing or surface treatment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety requirements.
• Comfort working around chemicals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support plating operations (blast, degrease, chem film, electroplating).
• Prepare, handle, clean and inspect parts throughout the plating process.
• Document production activities and process information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support with equipment setup and routine maintenance.
