Job summary

The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN weekend staffing. The role involves direct patient care, evaluation, and implementing treatment plans under physician direction.

You must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid license, and you will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants while contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care in a geriatric long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment plans with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition, progress, and educate patients and families.
