Job summary

IVI RMA GLOBAL in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Weekend Phlebotomist to draw blood for infertility-related laboratory procedures. This position requires availability every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30am to 11:30am, with potential for additional hours as needed.

The phlebotomist will identify patients, perform venipuncture, label and process specimens, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/DEP. They will maintain a clean, stocked phlebotomy area and collaborate with clinical staff to

Qualifications

3+ years' recent venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
Phlebotomy Program completion preferred or certification.

Responsibilities

Identify patients and perform venipuncture and/or other specimen collection as required.
Label, centrifuge, and transport/store specimens while maintaining sample integrity.
Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations; keep phlebotomy area clean and stocked.
Reassure patients and provide comfort to ease anxieties while collecting specimens.
