Qualifications

• RN licensure in KS or MO (compact license accepted).
• BLS/CPR certified; ACLS, PALS preferred as applicable.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher required.

Responsabilités

• Assess readiness to learn and develop an individualized teaching plan.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe perioperative patient care.
• Deliver leadership, guidance, and role modelling to staff.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure medication safety and documentation.
