Job summary

You will provide referrals when not in scope of API services, maintain TRIMS data, support patient access, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone and face-to-face inquiries from persons seeking mental health care or information about mental health-related services.
• Documents calls and related information on TRIMS form and enters data into TRIMS automated system.
• Stays current with organization’s programs and services.
• Supports organization’s customer service philosophy.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, and staff of other departments.
