The successful candidate will have sound clinical experience in the facilitation of group psychotherapy, provide brief solution‑focused individual psychotherapy, and possess excellent documentation skills. Familiarity with developing treatment plans, self‑harm intervention plans, and conducting psychosocial assessments is preferred. The El Cajon location serves an adult population with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, abuse, intellectual disability, and co‑occurring mental health issues.
