Main Line Health is seeking a Patient Safety Associate to provide 1:1 care and monitoring for patients requiring suicide precautions and close observation. If no 1:1 cases are active, you may assist Transport or Environmental Services while remaining focused on patient safety.
The weekend PSA schedule is 2/4 with shifts 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, reflecting a role that supports patient safety and environment care in a collaborative hospital setting.
Could you be our next Patient Safety Associate at Main Line Health?
Our Patient Safety Associates play an important role in providing a safe environment for our patients! As a PSA, you would provide 1:1 care and monitoring to our patients who require suicide precautions or close observation. If, at the start of your shift, there are no patients requiring 1:1 observation, you would be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. Ultimately, you are a critical part in keeping our patients safe!
At Main Line Health, you are encouraged to attend Main Line Health Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.
