Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Safety Associate to provide 1:1 observation and care for patients requiring suicide precautions or close monitoring. When no 1:1 assignments are present, you may assist Transport and Environmental Services to support the facility’s operations.

The role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to policies, and ongoing opportunities for career development within Main Line Health. Weekend and shift variations are possible, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification or obtained within first 30 days.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care and monitoring for patients with suicide precautions or close observation.
• Assist Transport and Environmental Services when no 1:1 patients are assigned.
• Contribute to patient safety by following policies and reporting concerns.
